If you're looking for something fresh and tasty, don't miss the opportunity to try this restaurant! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the dishes. Everything was delicious and the portions were more than enough for two people. The drinks were also great and they paid attention to our request of few ice.

I had a very satisfactory meal here. Portions are big! Staff is very friendly. I had the island bowl and the Bahn mi, both very fresh and delicious. Amex is not accepted here.

Sometimes when traveling I love to have soup for breakfast. It just sets me right for the day. I was delighted to find this wonderful pho restaurant. We loved it so much that we ate there two days in a row! The people were so very nice and the service was wonderful and the food was just excellent. I love how they have the different sizes of pho to fit whatever appetite you have. I had never seen that before. And I thought that was very genius. Thank you so much for treating us, right. One wonderful server even gave us a list of other places to visit. You have made our stay in Montreal memorable. Thanks again

I really like hole in the walls restaurant and this one was just that. We got there between 4:30 and 5:00 pm and it was almost empty, so there were no lines. The staff spoke both English and French. The waitress was really helpful with recommandations. We loved everything. It was all delicious!! I really recommend the Mama thi nems. Crunchy outside and the filling just delicious.

When I first tried this place two years ago I thought the food was average. Since then I have returned a few times and every time I go I have been more and more impressed. I have had the chicken pho and I love the quality and freshness of the chicken. The banh mi, especially the pork is super flavorful with fresh crispy bread and tender pork. The only thing I can possibly say is I wish it was a tad spicier but I will ask for that next time. I will be back the next time I am in the area.

We arrived here quite early on a Tuesday evening and there was no other customers leaving us a bit hesitant at first, however we were pleasantly surprised! We ordered the chicken bun bowl and the banh Tom poutine. The chicken bun bowl was slightly light for our preference but still delicious. The poutine was so good! Perfect amount of vinegary and savoury the perfect viet/Montreal blend, they used yam fries which help keep it light and everything blended so well together :) The portions were also quite generous, my husband barely managed to finish the chicken bun bowl, and I got very full 1/2 way through the poutine. Nice hole in the wall spot in old Montreal!

Delicious and filing. I went on a Thursday at 11:50am (to beat the lunch rush) and was so very glad I did. I had the rice paper tofu roll and the chicken Bahn mi (pictured). I didn't get a picture of the roll because it looked so good I just ate it up. Good portion and well marinated tofu with crunchy veggies. It was delicious and served with an equally good peanut sauce. The chicken Bahn Mi was the star or the show. The sandwich was a huge portion and stuffed with a well grilled and seasoned piece of chicken. I really enjoyed the pickled daikon and carrot that were in the sandwich. I have a coriander allergy and they easily accommodate it. They even have a table set aside to sit and wait for your take out orders. The space is small, and there is a large step to get into the restaurant. It is a long and narrow space so likely gets very crowded very easily. Very cute and the food is filling and delicious. Will definitely be coming back next time I have to go into the office.
